What is AtlantisSync?
AtlantisSync is field service software for locksmiths. It puts dispatch with a live map, invoicing, online card payments, a customer portal, a tech mobile portal, scheduling and payroll in one place. Plans start at $99 per month, billed monthly, with a 14-day free trial and no credit card required.
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days to try AtlantisSync with your own jobs and crew. No credit card is required to start.
Do my technicians need to install an app?
No. Techs open the tech portal in their phone’s browser, sign in from an invite link, and see today’s jobs, clock in and out, complete checklists and add photos.
How do I get paid?
Send customers a secure link by email or text. They pay by card, the money goes to your connected Stripe account, and the invoice marks itself paid. Stripe’s standard card-processing fees apply, plus a 0.5% AtlantisSync platform fee.
Is it set up for locksmiths?
Yes. Choose Locksmith during setup and we load a starter service list of common locksmith jobs — you can rename, reprice or add your own.
How many people can I add?
Starter includes up to 5 users (3 technicians), Professional up to 25 users (15 technicians), and Enterprise is unlimited users.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime from the billing portal. There are no setup fees.
Is my data safe?
Each company’s data is kept separate from every other company’s, and card payments are handled by Stripe — we never store your customers’ card numbers.
